Split Rim Rebuilds / Split Rim Alloy Wheel Repair

Split Rim or 2/3 piece alloys wheels have become hugely popular on many of the vehicles on the road.  These wheels typically have a polished rim and the easy way to identify them is from the bolt holes around the circumference of the wheel.

The process to repair these wheels involves the wheel being methodically split apart and ‘ dipped ‘ to ensure all existing paint and debris is removed from the alloy, where it is then subject to primer and then painted ( where the alloy is polished it will be refinished on an industrial CNC lathe ) with a trained technician then rebuilding the alloy wheels back to the correct specification and torque studs as required to ensure the wheel is safe and secure.

Due to the complexity of refurbishing this type of wheel, typical turnaround time is 3-4 days and as per all wheels that we take to the workshop, they will be brought back to immaculate showroom condition.
